Each T-shirt is made to order, crafted just for you before it’s shipped. This may mean a slightly longer wait, but by producing on demand rather than in bulk, we minimise waste and ensure you receive a quality garment made with intention.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your RAVIVE piece, but if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out for you at no extra cost.
Lost Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please let us know so we can investigate and resolve it for you.
Returns
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering, and feel free to reach out if you need help choosing your size.
Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it. We will contact you to confirm your updated address before resending.
EU Customers
Under EU consumer law, made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal and may not be eligible for return.
